Excellent position and very good breakfast. The personell has been kind and efficient. The room was clean and they provided a good cot for our baby.

The room was a standard hotel room, with very posh feeling lobbies and restaurants attached. The staff were very helpful to let me leave my items and shower after some trail running downstairs in the spa before I traveled. They were so kind.

Really nice hotel. So comfortable pillowa and plankets 🤍. Bar area was cosy in the evening amd breakfast was with wide choise. There was one lady in reception- it think her name was Petra- who was so nice and frienly and compassionate, since i hurt my knee, had to go to ambulance and had to leave my boys to hotel. When I game back I was offered so good care by her 🤍

The location near the Villach Hauptbahnhof and the old town just across the bridge was excellent. The gym was better than that of many other hotels and the sauna was an experience.

This hotel’s main feature is its location, as it’s only a 5 min walk from the train station and a 2 min walk from the city center. Price is decent, and makes it good value for money

If you’re coming by car, you can park at the garage just across the street from the hotel (Altstadtgarage Nikolai) and follow the signs for the hotel. It’s a public garage but it’s connected to the hotel itself. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent and they have room service. Great location in central Villach and a beautiful view.

A Great stopover Hotel. We arrive late and were met by a helpful receptionist. Parking was easy and connected to the hotel for ease. Our rooms were great and adjoining. Perfect for families. Breakfast room and food was delicious with a nice view. A very well kept Hotel would definitely stay again.

Hotel has very nice location. Room was clean. Breakfast very good with a lot of choices. Friendly staff. We tried restaurant and the food was very lovely.

We got upgraded from a deluxe room to penthouse luxe - enormous room with patio to play golf! Very good breakfast. Great National park 30 min drive from Villach up in the mountains
